Step 1: Make a purchase
During our checkout process, you WILL have the option for local pickup or for shipping. Once you complete payment, I will reach out to you via email, text, or call as soon as I can to gather some information and schedule your pick up date. Temperatures of both my location and your location MUST fall within 40-95 degrees Fahrenheit. If the lows or highs are not within that, it is not safe to ship.

Step 2: Schedule Delivery
I ship priority overnight to FedEx shipping centers (not normal FedEx office stores), which will require pick up with a valid form of ID matching the name I put the package under. I do this to maximize comfort and safety of all the animals. If you don’t have a preferred Fedex Ship Center, I can find Ihe nearest one to you if you provide your zipcode. I ship either Monday for Tuesday pickup or Tuesday for Wednesday pickup. We will decide the best day for you when I initially reach out.

Step 3. Delivery & Pick Up
The evening before you are to receive your animal, I will send you the tracking information for your package. I drop off packages right before the ship center closes to reduce the amount of time animals are in transit. Once the animal arrives at the facility (usually by the morning), you will go to the facility, flash your ID, and head back home with your new friend!
